Concrete, Synthetic Turf and Excavation Services in Missouri and Kansas
Seven self-performed services, on projects from a single driveway to a $2 million commercial package with one crew, one point of contact and one schedule you can count on.

One Contractor. Fewer Handoffs. Tighter Schedule.
Most concrete work falls apart at the seams between the excavator and the concrete crew, between the slab and the turf install, between what was quoted and who actually shows up. We self-perform across all of it. Site prep, flatwork, post-tension, turf. That means fewer coordination gaps, fewer delays waiting on someone else's crew, and one company accountable for the whole job.
COMMERCIAL & INSTITUTIONAL SERVICES
For general contractors, developers, school districts, municipalities and facility managers. Projects from $25,000 to $2 million and up, across Missouri, Kansas and the surrounding Midwest with nationwide mobilization for large commercial and sports field work.
01
Concrete Remove & Replace
Failed slabs, spalled walkways, cracked drives and settled loading pads don't just look bad, they become trip hazards, drainage problems and liability. Remove and replace is our highest-volume service, and we've built the process around keeping your site functional while we work.
We handle demo, haul-off, subgrade correction and repour as one scope. On occupied commercial properties, we phase the work so access stays open and your tenants or operations keep running.
What's Included:
-
Site assessment and existing condition review
-
Saw cutting and controlled demolition
-
Full debris removal and haul-off
-
Subgrade evaluation, correction and compaction
-
Forming, reinforcement and placement to spec

02
Commercial Flatwork
Commercial flatwork is where tolerances, timing and inspection all have to line up. We place slabs on grade, sidewalks, curb and gutter, ADA ramps, dumpster pads, loading docks and aprons built to the spec sheet, not to whatever's fastest. Our crews work off the plans, coordinate with the other trades on site, and flag conflicts before they cost you a change order.
What's Included:
-
Slabs on grade and structural flatwork
-
Sidewalks, curb and gutter
-
ADA-compliant ramps and detectable warnings
-
Loading docks, aprons and dumpster pads
-
Reinforcement, vapor barrier and dowel work
-
Specified finishes, flatness and jointing
-
Coordination with GC schedule and inspections
03
Post-Tension Courts
Post-tension is the difference between a court that stays flat and a court that cracks in five years. For tennis, pickleball and multi-sport surfaces, the tensioned slab handles soil movement and freeze-thaw cycles that destroy conventional concrete courts.
We build post-tension courts for schools, municipalities, clubs and private residences from subgrade through tensioning and final slab prep for surfacing.
What's Included:
-
Site evaluation and layout
-
Excavation, base and drainage
-
Perimeter forming and grade control
-
Tendon layout, placement and chairing
-
Concrete placement and finishing
-
Stressing, cutting and pocket patching
-
Slab prep for surfacing contractor
-
Coordination with surfacing and fencing trades
04
Synthetic Turf Field Construction & Conversion
Grass fields cost money every season water, mowing, paint, fertilizer, and games canceled after a hard rain. Converting to synthetic turf takes those costs off the maintenance budget and gives you a field that plays every day of the season.
We build new synthetic turf athletic fields and convert existing grass fields for schools, municipalities and sports facilities. Football, soccer, baseball and multi-sport including full base, drainage, turf and infill.
What's Included:
-
Existing field demo and removal
-
Excavation, grading and laser-graded base
-
Subsurface drainage system installation
-
Concrete curb and nailer edge
-
Turf panel layout, seaming and inlaid lines
-
Infill installation and grooming
-
Goal, anchor and equipment coordination
-
Final testing and turnover documentation
05
Excavation
Concrete is only as good as what's under it. We self-perform excavation and site prep so the base work and the pour are on the same crew's schedule, no waiting on another sub to finish grading before we can form.
Site cuts, subgrade, base placement, compaction and drainage, on both standalone excavation scopes and as part of a full concrete package.
What's Included:
-
Site clearing and stripping
-
Mass and fine grading
-
Trenching and subgrade preparation
-
Base material placement and compaction
-
Drainage and stormwater components
-
Backfill and site restoration
-
Haul-off and material management
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
For homeowners and home builders across the Kansas City metro. The same crews and the same standard we bring to commercial work on a driveway, a patio or a backyard.
01
Concrete Driveways, Patios & Walkways
A driveway that's cracking, sinking or holding water isn't going to get better. Neither is the patio you keep meaning to replace. Most homeowners put it off because they've heard the stories the contractor who took the deposit and disappeared, or the crew that left the yard torn up and the concrete cracked in two years.
We pour driveways, patios, walkways, garage slabs, porches and steps. Proper base prep, correct reinforcement, and joints cut where they need to be so the slab cracks where you want it to instead of across the middle. And we haul off every bit of debris before we leave.
Tearing out old concrete first? We handle demo and haul-off as part of the job, so you're not coordinating two companies.
What's Included:
Driveways, approaches and garage slabs
Patios, walkways and porches
Steps, stoops and landings
Tear-out and replacement of failed concrete
Broom, stamped, colored and exposed aggregate finishes
Proper subgrade prep and reinforcement
Jointing to control cracking
Full debris haul-off and site cleanup
02
Synthetic Turf for Yards, Pets & Play Areas
If your yard is more mud than grass by August or you're tired of mowing a strip you barely use synthetic turf solves it permanently. Green all year, no watering, no mowing, no fertilizer, no muddy paw prints on the kitchen floor.
We install turf for backyards, pet areas, playgrounds, putting greens, rooftop decks and patios. Same base preparation and drainage standards we use on full athletic fields, which is why our installs don't wrinkle, pool water or pull loose at the edges.
What's Included:
Backyard and front yard turf
Pet areas with drainage and odor-control infill
Playgrounds with fall-height safety pads
Putting greens
Patios, rooftops and small spaces
Site prep, demo and excavation
Compacted base with proper drainage
Weed barrier, edge restraint and clean seaming
For Home Builders & Residential Developers
We run production residential flatwork for builders and developers multiple lots, consistent finishes, and a schedule we hold so your closings don't slip. Same crews, volume scheduling, and one PM handling the whole run instead of a different foreman on every lot.

Why We End Up on the Short List
Manpower You Can Schedule Around
The most common reason a concrete job blows a date is not having the people. We staff the schedule and tell you up front if the date is realistic.
01
Quality That Passes the First Walk
Experienced foremen, correct finishes, clean joints. Fewer punch items on a commercial job. No callbacks on a driveway.
02
Safety on Every Site
Trained crews and a safety culture that holds even when the schedule is tight on a commercial site with four trades or in a backyard with kids around.
03
One Contract, Full Scope
Excavation through final finish, plus turf. Fewer companies to coordinate and one crew that owns the outcome.
04
We Leave It Clean
Debris hauled, site swept, property left the way we found it. Sounds basic. Ask around about how often it actually happens.
05
How a Project Runs With Us:
Step 1:
Bid or Estimate
Commercial: Send plans, specs or an ITB. We review scope, quantities and schedule, ask the questions that matter, and return a clear number with inclusions and exclusions spelled out.
Residential: We come look at the space, talk through options and finishes, and give you a written estimate, free.
Step 2:
Planning
We confirm the schedule, permits, mix design and crew assignment and identify anything on site that could affect sequencing. You'll know your start date before we book it.
Step 3:
Mobilization
Crews and equipment show up ready. Site protection, layout and staging handled before the first pour. Daily communication.
Step 4:
Execution
Progress updates, issues flagged early, safety maintained throughout. You're not calling us for updates, we're calling you.
Step 5:
