How We Got Here
We founded Concrete Construction & Contracting LLC in 2021 with one goal: provide reliable, high-quality construction work and build relationships that last longer than a single job.
We started small. Early projects were modest, and every one of them was a chance to prove that a crew could show up, hold the quality standard, and hit the date. That reputation is what brought the next project, and the one after that.
Since then we've grown our workforce, our equipment and our range of capabilities. We now self-perform concrete remove and replace, commercial and residential flatwork, excavation, post-tension courts and synthetic turf field construction on projects ranging from a single driveway to $2 million and up.
What hasn't changed is how we run a job. Hands-on management, experienced crews, and honest communication when something on site changes. Most of our work today comes from general contractors we've already worked with, repeat clients and referrals. That's the measure we care about.

The work has to hold up long after we pull off the site. Attention to detail on every pour, every seam, every finish.

Trained crews and safe job sites, every day. No project is worth an injury, and no schedule justifies a shortcut.

Our crews work as a unit, and we work as an extension of your team, not as one more contractor to chase down.
Knowledge
Experienced foremen who understand the spec, read the plans, and flag problems before they become change orders or callbacks.
You'll deal with the same people from the first call through the final walk.

Why We Build:
Growth is the motivation but not growth for its own sake.
Every larger project we take on means more opportunity for the people on our crews. More hours, more skill, more reason to stay and build a career instead of a paycheck. That's what drives the pace here.
The long-term goal is straightforward: multiple specialized crews, a consistent pipeline of work, and a group of clients general contractors and homeowners alike who don't shop the job because they already know how it's going to go.
